Dan and I finally got our Christmas tree last night. Can you believe in Hoboken you can have your tree delivered? We picked it out and 45 minutes later it was delivered right into our living room. We put it up last night and the decorating should begin tonight! Now Christmas shopping...that is another story...we are getting there slowly but surely. And the Yankee Swap, I need to think of something creative.
I don't need to think...I know I have the best swap present. And I am pretty excited that I actually get to participate this year...and I hope it is a white Christmas!
OK... Here I am participating. It's another family so do I qualify for the prize?!? Meredith, Dan, and Andrea all have the address. Just don't send snow or cold weather.... hehehe. The house is decorated (thanks, Peggy) and the lights are up and twinkling (thanks again Peggy, but I actually helped - complained, of course, but helped - BAH!).
I don't know if I would say the Warthogs won "Fair and Square" - there was a lot of dealing going on during Game Night!
Also, Don was talking about their house decorations. If you are interested in seeing them (and leaving them notes on their blog!) their site is www.peganddon.blogspot.com
What happened to your tree? It is a red "X." Guess that delivery to the door and putting it in the stand wasn't the best after all.... hehehehe.... I couldn't resist...
Of course I am very efficient (I am my mothers daughter you know!!)....all the gifts are wrapped and under the tree already. But I have to confess....the only reason it is done that way is because we had guests last weekend and we don't have extra storage space!

Don - we will send you some of those light up deers. We may even set them up in your yard for you - just like we do up here!!!!
I think you and your auntie already set them up for us last year. They were so frightened, they wouldn't even venture out of the attic this year!

OK... Are those WRAPPED presents under the tree?!? If so, you should be shot for being so efficient....
