What caused the plague?

Up to 17 people....something had to have caused this...

What are your thoughts? Food poisoning or virus? If it's something we ate, what was it that no one else got sick? (ahem, Snider Clan)

For the short amount of time we were all together, I think it would have been hard to pass a virus to that many people. On the other hand, I can't imagine what some people ate that others didn't. Guess the Snider Clan has wonderful immune systems!

Let's not make this a common occurence for family get togethers.

Ok, I am being told it is the same virus they get on Cruise ships. A girl at work said a few weeks ago she went to her sister's and all nine of them got the same thing..

So doses that mean I don't have Easter next year, or should we invite a doctor.. Julie can you get you degree that fast ?

Love

Sounds like the norovirus (cruise ship sickness). It is a really nasty bug and hard to kill. Even bleach can't quite do the trick. You get sick (really sick)for a few days and then slowly it goes away. A lot of people at work have gotten it and they all agree that they wouldn't wish this on their worst enemy!

You can get a virus by just getting near someone else. A sneeze, touching somethng where someone else who has a virus (wash your hands when in the restroom, especially public ones), etc. I won't keep going because it could get gross. Short story is it's really easy to get a virus - the Snider clan probably didn't get the virus because they kept their distance from those who had it... Now you can say that's incorrect, but you still owe "Dr. Don."

I have no idea. I didn't get sick, and I get everything! Larry did feel a little under the weather but we just thought it was actually the weather (hot, hot, hot).

Well hope everyone is either better or on their way to getting better.
